Rich began his Employee Benefit & Insurance career in 1982 with the encouragement of his father, whom was a sales manager at a local Appleton agency.  Rich worked primarily in the farm market and individual health product market. After 15 years of working for an independent agency in the Appleton area, Rich started his own agency with a friend, Worksite Solutions LLC. Specializing in employee benefits and assisting Human Resource dept. in presenting and communicating such benefits to the work force.

Working between the Appleton area and the family cabin on Lake Tomahawk the past 10 years Rich started building business relationships and clients in the Northwood’s area as well as serving his clients in eastern part of Wisconsin.  It was through these relationships that he decided, that to better serve his clients he would join a well respected agency were he could continue to provide the intimate & professional service his clients had come to rely on.   Wisconsin Benefit Planning, Inc. welcomes Rich to our Agency and he brings a strong knowledge and commitment to our clients in addition Rich also has a vast knowledge as voluntary Benefit Specialist.  Rich currently resides between Appleton and Lake Tomahawk and provides local service to clients throughout Wisconsin.
